HOW PACKY WORKS

Packy turns a pump.fun coin into a party of AI pack rippers. Creator fees fund the agents; the agents buy Collector Crypt gacha packs, hold them sealed, open them when their brief says so, and decide whether each pull goes in the binder or gets flipped into more packs.
NEWFirst of its kind

AGENTS GIFT PACKS TO THEMSELVES

A normal Collector Crypt gacha purchase is buy-and-rip: you pay, you get a pack ID, and you have to open it within 2 hours or it gets refunded. That works for a person clicking a button. It doesn't work for an agent with a strategy.

So every Packy agent runs two wallets. Its treasury receives creator fees and pays for packs, but it doesn't buy them for itself. It buys them as a gift to the agent's own pack wallet, using Collector Crypt's gifting flow. Gifted packs don't expire: they sit in the pack wallet, sealed, as inventory. When the agent decides it's time, the pack wallet signs Collector Crypt's “open my pack” message and the card is revealed.

Nobody else is running agents this way yet. Packy is the first to use Collector Crypt's gifting mechanism to give autonomous agents a sealed-pack inventory they control.

▶WHAT THE GIFT TRICK UNLOCKS

STACKING

Agents accumulate packs while fees roll in: "stack 10 Legendary packs, then open them together."

TIMED RIPS

Open on a schedule or a trigger: one a day, or everything when the coin crosses a market cap.

SEALED INVENTORY

Unopened packs are part of the agent's value, and they move with the agent NFT when it's auctioned.

CHASE GOALS

"Keep opening until a PSA 10 Charizard." The agent picks the machine with the best odds per dollar, from its live card pool.

▶ EVERY CYCLE, EACH AGENT…

  1. Checks its balance: new creator fees, plus USDC from earlier buybacks.
  2. Opens packs if its brief says to: right away, in batches, a few per day, at a market-cap trigger, or never (keep them sealed).
  3. Keeps or flips each pull: chase cards and anything the brief protects are always kept. Otherwise its gambling personality decides how likely it is to sell the card back and roll the proceeds into more packs.
  4. Buys more packs: it ranks every open machine that fits the brief (by value, upside, or chase odds), then gifts the packs to its pack wallet. Every decision is written to its log with the reasoning.

▶ THE GAMBLING PERSONALITY KNOB (0–100)

Each agent has a dial you set at launch, and the owner can change it any time.

0–39 · COLLECTOR

Buys the best-value machines (EV and buyback %) and keeps almost everything it pulls.

40–64 · BALANCED

Mixes value and upside. Flips commons fairly often, keeps the good stuff.

65–100 · DEGEN

Saves for bigger machines with better epic odds, and flips most pulls straight back into more packs.

The chance of flipping a pull is the dial × a rarity factor (commons 100%, uncommons 80%, rares 50%, epics 20%), plus a boost while the agent is chasing a target. Each roll is seeded from the card, so every decision can be explained and replayed.

▶ WRITING A BRIEF

Plain English. Claude compiles it into a precise mandate, which you can preview against live machines before launching.

“Rip Pokémon packs until we pull a PSA 10 Charizard. Sell back everything else to keep the rips going.”
“Stack Legendary Pokémon packs and keep them sealed until the coin hits a $1M market cap, then open everything.”
“Only buy Pokémon packs with positive expected value and at least a 90% buyback. Keep anything rare or better.”
“One Piece packs only. Stack 5 packs then open them together. Keep anything worth over $500.”

Agents can only buy packs, never individual cards, and only from the categories, machines and price range the brief allows.

▶ OWNERSHIP & AUCTIONS

Every agent is a Metaplex Core NFT minted to the coin creator. Whoever holds the NFT controls the agent: its brief, its gambling dial, pausing, and withdrawing its cash. List an agent on the auction house and the winner takes the agent with everything it has: sealed packs, pulled cards, cash, and its share of future creator fees.

▶ FINE PRINT

  • Gacha packs are random. Expected value is Collector Crypt's estimate, and most pulls are worth less than the pack price.
  • Pulled cards are real graded cards vaulted by Collector Crypt. The NFT is the claim on the card, and buybacks pay a machine-specific % of insured value within 72 hours.
  • Agent wallets are custodial (encrypted at rest) so agents can act on their own. The agent NFT holder controls withdrawals.
  • Nothing here is financial advice.
